Job Description Job Description We are looking for an
experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in
Dickinson, Texas. This is a contract-to-permanent position that
requires a detail-oriented individual with strong billing expertise
and a proactive approach to managing financial tasks. The role will
be entirely on-site, offering a casual work environment where
collaboration and accuracy are key. Responsibilities: • Manage
billing processes across multiple client portals with precision and
efficiency. • Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify overdue
accounts and take appropriate action. • Handle collections
activities to ensure timely receipt of payments. • Collaborate with
team members to streamline accounts receivable operations and
improve workflows. • Train on billing procedures and systems to
maintain consistency and accuracy. • Maintain detailed records of
financial transactions for auditing and reporting purposes. •
Communicate effectively with clients to address billing inquiries
and resolve discrepancies. • Utilize software tools, such as
Viewpoint Spectrum, to support billing and accounts receivable
tasks. • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial
regulations in all processes. • Contribute to maintaining a
positive and productive team environment.• Proven experience in
accounts receivable, particularly in billing and collections. •
Ability to work on-site in Dickinson, Texas. • Proficiency in
managing aging reports and resolving overdue accounts. • Strong
communication skills to interact with clients and team members
effectively. • Familiarity with software tools, such as Viewpoint
Spectrum, is a plus but not required. • Detail-oriented with
excellent organizational skills to handle financial records. •
Ability to adapt and learn new billing portals and procedures. •
Commitment to maintaining accuracy and compliance in all financial
tasks.
