Job Description Job Description Audit Senior Job Title : Audit Senior Job Location: New Orleans, LA- Hybrid Salary: $75,000-$100,000(DOE) Requirements: 3 Years of Public Accounting Tax Position Overview The Audit Senior is responsible for leading audit engagements and managing client relationships to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. They will supervise junior staff, provide insights on financial operations, and contribute to the overall success of the audit team. Key Responsibilities Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, managing the audit process and ensuring adherence to deadlines. Review and prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and maintain a strong client relationship. Identify areas for improvement in client processes and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. CPA or CPA Candidate 3 years of auditing experience in public accounting. Strong understanding of audit standards and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
