Your role goes beyond just fixing equipment — it's about building strong relationships with both our team and our valued customers. Day-to-day, you'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct start-ups on a range of HVAC equipment from various leading brands. Driving Record : A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential. Education : A high school diploma or equivalent. An associate’s degree from an HVAC trade school or at least 5 years of related experience are also considered. Computer Skills : Basic proficiency in computer use is necessary. Technical Skills : Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC building systems is required. Certification : Must possess a universal EPA certification.
