Job Description:
Job Description THIS IS A 3RD SHIFT POSITION. /n /n - Supervise
immediate and short-term maintenance goals. /n - Assign work orders
and ensure completion of repairs. /n - Perform lock out/tag out
certifications on equipment. /n - Recognize and reward Technicians,
while counseling performance issues. /n - Perform safety checks. /n
- Provide mentorship, motivation, training and professional
development, helping your team to optimize their performance and
growth. /n - Assign work orders, and follow up ensuring completion.
/n - Manage and oversee required paperwork. /n - All other relevant
duties to the job. /n /n - 3 years supervisory experience within a
manufacturing maintenance environment required. /n - 5 years
maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required;
preferrably within a poultry manufacturing facility. /n - Excellent
leadship skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement.
