Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in the
Spanish Fort, AL area, serving multiple K-12 schools and early
childhood centers. This contract role spans the current school
year, with an immediate start date through May 20, 2026. The
caseload includes students from preschool age through 6th grade,
with potential support at middle and high school levels depending
on scheduling availability. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech
and language therapy to students aged 3 to 12 years across four
assigned schools and daycare settings. Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans based on student assessments.
Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to
support student communication goals. Maintain accurate
documentation and compliance with state and district requirements.
Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment
tailored to each student's needs. Qualifications: Valid
Professional License or Educator Certification in Speech Language
Pathology. Experience working with children in educational or
therapeutic settings preferred. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to manage caseload efficiently across
multiple locations. Willingness to work full-time (35 hours per
week) and travel between assigned sites. Location: Spanish Fort,
Alabama, including multiple schools and early childhood programs
