Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech
Language Pathologist (CCC) is sought for an elementary school
position in Fairhope, AL, serving students from Kindergarten
through 5th grade. This contract role will begin in March 2025 and
run through May 29, 2026, with an on-site requirement at this time.
The position involves working 35 hours per week in a single school
setting within Mobile County Public Schools. Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language pathology services to students K-5 to
support their communication needs Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and educational personnel to develop and implement
individualized education plans (IEPs) Conduct assessments, document
progress, and maintain accurate records in compliance with district
and state guidelines Participate in meetings and professional
development as required Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Registration with the
Board of Speech Examiners in Alabama is required Experience working
with elementary-age children preferred Ability to work on-site in
Fairhope, AL for the duration of the contract Benefits of this
