Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide vital
speech-language pathology services across multiple school settings
in the Fairhope, AL area, supporting students from preschool
through sixth grade. This full-time, contract role offers the
opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the communication
development of K-12 students within a diverse educational
environment. The position involves working onsite at four different
school locations, managing individualized caseloads, and
collaborating with educational staff to support student success.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized speech-language therapy
services to students ages 3 to 12 across four assigned schools.
Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
tailored to each student's needs. Collaborate with educators,
parents, and other professionals to support students communication
goals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with
state and district requirements. Potentially assist another Speech
Language Pathologist at an additional elementary school as
scheduling permits. Qualifications and Experience: Valid
Professional License or Educator Certification in Speech-Language
Pathology. Experience working with pediatric populations,
preferably in educational settings. Ability to manage a caseload of
students requiring speech and language interventions. Strong
communication and organizational skills. Flexibility to work onsite
at multiple school locations during standard school hours (35
hours/week). Location:Work onsite at four K-12 schools in the
Fairhope, AL region, serving students primarily from preschool
through sixth grade. Additional Information:The contract duration
is from ASAP through May 20, 2026. Interview scheduling is
currently pending as discussions continue with district contacts.
