Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
offers the opportunity for two full-time Speech-Language
Pathologists to support K-12 students within a diverse school
setting in Kenner, LA. One SLP will work in a high school, and the
other will serve a K-8 school. Approximately 50% of the student
population are English Learners, reflecting a dynamic and
culturally rich environment. Responsibilities: - Deliver
speech-language intervention to students on assigned caseloads
ranging from 30 to 50. - Provide observation services and support
related to speech therapy minutes. - Collaborate with the
evaluation team, focusing primarily on intervention rather than
assessments. - Maintain clear and accurate documentation of student
progress. - Coordinate with school staff and families to support
student communication goals. Qualifications: - Valid
Speech-Language Pathologist certification, including Clinical
Fellowship Year (CFY) experience preferred. - Experience working
with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings. -
Knowledge of K-12 school speech-language programs. - Strong ability
to work with diverse student populations, including English
Learners. - Familiarity with speech therapy intervention strategies
and compliance with school-based requirements. Position Details: -

Contract Type: Full-time, school-year contract with potential
renewal - Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Start Date: ASAP - End Date:
