Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech Language Pathologist position is available within a K-12
public school setting in Lumberton, NC. This contract role spans
the 2025-2027 school years, from August 13, 2025, through May 27,
2027, offering a consistent Monday through Friday schedule of 37.5
hours per week. The caseload will include elementary, middle, and
high school students, reflecting a diverse and dynamic work
environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language
assessments, evaluations, and screenings for students across K-12
grade levels. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
tailored to student needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and
other professionals to support student success. Participate in team
meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student
progress. Qualifications and Experience: Must hold an active North
Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license; out-of-state license
holders may be considered if they can obtain NC licensure by June
or July. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
Prior experience working with school-aged children across various
grade levels. Ability to work onsite full-time; remote or
vocational accommodations are not available. Willingness to travel
within the specified region as needed. Location: Lumberton, North
