Job Description Job Description GENERAL DESCRIPTION Tyonek is
seeking applications for Instructional Systems Development to
perform duties below: DUTIES Augment and support the Government in
course development planning, project management, planning timeline
for design and development of Cyber formal training courses,
lessons, and related courseware material (e.g. a Gantt chart,
critical path method, or other agreed upon project management
process). Contractor shall develop curriculum IAW applicable MTTL
and TTL requirements as well as audit and edit all developed
courseware for accuracy, completeness, flow, balance, and clarity
of understanding, IAW 39 IOS SOPs/OIs, and ACC Instructions.
Contractor shall assist in the development of Training Systems
Requirements Analysis to include Mission/Task Analysis (MTA),
Training Requirements Analysis (TRA), Objective Media Analysis
(OMA), and Training Systems Basis Analysis (TSBA). Contractor shall
assist in the analysis of all tasks performed in the operation and
maintenance of the weapon system; and assist in producing a MTTL
for each mission area. Contractor shall analyze Task Analysis
Worksheets to ensure training requirements are derived by
identifying Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes (KSA) needed to perform
each task, and comparing the entry level of learning to the
required Bloom's taxonomy level of learning. Contractor shall
provide instructional strategies, methods, media analysis,
objective analysis media and a syllabus/course map. Other duties as
assigned EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 4 years of experience
with a Bachelor's Degree and completed CCAF ISD Certification Or 7
years of experience with Associates Degree and Graduate of AF ISD
Course Familiarity with CSCS AFCYBER Weapon System a plus Top
Secret/SCI Clearance is required We maintain a drug-free workplace

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an
individual must be able to perform each essential duty

reach above / below shoulders. Works in a normal office environment
