Job Description:

MD/OD multi-specialty ophthalmology group that is looking to expand with a glaucoma/cataract surgeon. The practice is efficient and has their processes down in clinic and the surgery center. The administrative staff is very timely and well put together making this practice primed for growth. The practice has a co-managed model for cataract patients but is happy to temper it for new associates who have not practiced in one yet by allowing them to see follow ups as they see fit. This is due to the large patient volumes in the area that need care in a timely manner. Being that most patients will be surgical consults, clinical volumes will always be manageable, and you will always be provided 3 techs and a scribe. The practice certifies all of their assistants and techs after being with the practice for one year. Surgery will be done in a surgery center owned by the practice. Compensation will be a base salary with production bonus with partnership attainable after 2 years - talks start at the end of the first year.
