advocates and meet with patients and their families daily. They are
responsible for tracking every application they receive and

Healthcare!This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees
are required to work our normal business hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm
CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work
occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 4500 13th
Street Gulfport, MS 39501.Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting with mentorship opportunities and team
trainings.
- Pull daily referral reports.
- Responsible for internal reporting.
- Majority of role is still focused on referrals (approx. 80% of
box one).
- Developing knowledge of more complex claims (for example; out
of state).
- Ability to float to different facilities if needed.
- Assist with customer meetings when needed.You'll be rewarded

you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Outlook,
Word)
- Ability to work our during business hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm
CST.
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this
role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster
doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth

well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of

Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree (or higher)
- Previous experience working in a hospital information system
(EPIC)
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Knowledge of all E&E service lines.Soft Skills:
- Strong Communication skills (verbal and written); demonstrated
experience working with people of various educational and
socioeconomic backgrounds (healthcare setting preferred),
experience communicating with government caseworkers and hospital
personnel.
- Strong organization skills - ability to prioritize, plan and
follow tasks through to completion without direct supervision.To
