Job Description - Group Composition: - Renowned single-specialty psychiatry group. - Psychiatrist owned & led group. - Team includes 16 physicians and over 20 APPs. - Wide-reaching presence across Alabama, including Madison. - Scope of Practice: - Focused on General Psychiatry. - Outpatient setting only - Ability to do inpatient rounding if desired - Outpatient Details: - Flexible schedule tailored to your needs. - Options for part-time and full-time roles. - 4-day WW can be arranged! - Group call rotation: 1:17 (phone consultations only). - Opportunities to engage in resident education. Compensation & Benefits: - Attractive compensation model: Base salary with production bonus. - Estimated base salary: Approximately $370,000 (DOE), potential up to $400K. - Signing bonus: $35,000 - Benefits package includes: - PTO, 5 days CME $4,000. - Malpractice insurance. - $10,000 for relocation. - Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K plans.
