Job Description:
Job Description Outpatient facility Monday through Friday 8:00
a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No call 16-22 patients per day Reports directly to
the CMO - Health and Dental Insurance - Malpractice Insurance -
Vacation-15 days - Sick leave-8 hours/month - Life, STD, LTD - 403B
Tax Deferred Annuity - Executive Deferred Compensation Plan with
vesting - Professional Continuing Education leave- 5 days
($2,500.00 allowance) - Paid Membership- State and County Medical
Associations - Paid License Fees - NHSC Educational Loan Repay (if
applicable) - Relocation Expense (up to $5,000.00) - Productivity
Incentives (up to $36,000/annually) - All sites eligible for
National Health Service Corps’ and State’s Loan Repayment Programs.
