EnduraCare Acute Care Services (ECS) is actively seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team specializing in high-quality therapy management and consulting services within hospital environments. As a part of ECS, your role is pivotal in enhancing patient outcomes through the latest therapeutic techniques and holistic care practices. The ideal candidate will be focused on improving mobility, alleviating pain, and preventing or limiting permanent physical disabilities in patients suffering from injuries or disease. By creating personalized therapy plans, a Physical Therapist helps to restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health in our diverse patient population. Evaluate patients’ health condition and develop treatment plans Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and reduce pain Document patient’s progress and modify therapy plans as needed Educate patients and their families about health programs and maintenance Work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Adhere to all hospital policies and uphold patient privacy and confidentiality protocols Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in various physical therapy techniques and equipment Ability to handle complex situations and make informed clinical decisions Adept at time management and organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapy license CPR certified Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association preferred
