We’re seeking an experienced Patient Access Manager to oversee registration processes and patient access functions across multiple hospital entry points. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead a team, drive operational excellence, and ensure a seamless patient experience. What You’ll Do Serve as the on-site leader managing 20 direct reports across 5 key entry points: ER, Radiology, Main Registration, Lab, and Medical Office Building. Oversee patient registration processes , including pre-service and point-of-service financial clearance activities. Develop and implement strategic action plans for short- and long-term goals. Manage operational metrics to meet service level agreements and budgetary guidelines. Lead staffing activities: hiring, training, performance management, and mentoring supervisors. Foster staff engagement and alignment with organizational mission and goals. Communicate effectively with leadership and provide solutions for process improvements. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of healthcare supervisory experience (hospital or physician practice). Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management and patient access workflows. Ability to lead independently with confidence and resilience. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills. High School Diploma required; college degree preferred . Knowledge of healthcare information systems and operational metrics. Preferred Skills Clear understanding of admitting, clinical, and financial areas. Ability to manage budgets and drive cost efficiency.
