EnduraCare Acute Care Services (ECS), a leader in therapy management and consulting services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team. This position involves working under the supervision of our physical therapists to provide patient care that promotes healing and health. Our PTAs play a crucial role in assisting patients in their rehabilitation from injuries and improving their overall mobility. At ECS, we prioritize both patient outcomes and the financial stewardship of our care facilities, ensuring that our team is supported in delivering the highest quality of care. Assist physical therapists in the implementation of specific treatment plans. Demonstrate exercises and activities that aid in patient rehabilitation. Observe and report on patient progress and outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Prepare treatment areas and equipment. Educate patients and their families about post-session care and exercises. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in the use of therapeutic equipment and technologies. Ability to follow detailed instructions from physical therapists. Capability to perform physical tasks and assist patients with movements. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license. CPR certification preferred.
