Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
opportunity seeks two Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) with
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide telespeech
and teletherapy services for K-12 students. Services will be
delivered remotely to multiple private schools and Forest Hill
Elementary, serving students from kindergarten through fifth grade.
These assignments require strong communication skills and the
ability to adapt therapy techniques to virtual platforms. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver speech therapy to K-5 students via
telepractice platforms. Develop, implement, and monitor
individualized education plans (IEPs). Collaborate with educators
and families through virtual meetings. Maintain accurate records in
compliance with state and district standards. Participate in
regular clinical and technology interviews to ensure service
quality. Qualifications: Current and active SLP license in Alabama
and the state of residence. Registration with the Alabama Board of
Speech Examiners. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) by
ASHA. Experience with telespeech or teletherapy preferred. Strong
proficiency with telecommunication technologies. Ability to manage
a caseload across multiple campuses (itinerant role) or at a single
elementary site. Details: Location: Remote services for schools in
Daphne, AL area. Schedule: Approximately 35 hours per week.
Contract duration: March 2026 through May 29, 2026. Positions: One
itinerant serving K-12 private schools, one serving Forest Hill
Elementary K-5. This contract requires candidates to successfully
complete prescreen interviews and credentialing processes,
including clinical and technical assessments. Available time slots
for interviews are typically between 9-11 AM and 2-3 PM EST.
Specific scheduling arrangements can be accommodated. Qualified
