Job Description:
Job Description Job Description You didn’t get into coaching to
rush people through workouts. You got into it because you care —
about movement quality, about people’s lives, about doing things
the right way , even when it takes more effort. Somewhere along the
line, though, you may have found yourself in a gym where: Speed
matters more than standards Sweat matters more than progress And
“group training” feels like babysitting instead of coaching You’re
the coach who notices the details. The one who slows people down.
The one who actually gives a damn. And when standards slip, you
feel it. If that sounds uncomfortably familiar, keep reading. The
Coaches Who Feel at Home Here All Have This in Common They care
deeply about their work — sometimes more than the environment
around them seems to allow. They don’t need hype or chaos to feel
effective. They don’t want freedom without accountability. They
want structure, clarity, and a place where good coaching is the
expectation , not the exception. They’ve probably been the coach
who: Thinks about their clients outside the session Gets frustrated
when progress isn’t measured Wants feedback because they actually
want to improve Feels pride when a client finally moves pain-free
again They aren’t looking for “another gym.” They’re looking for a
home . The People You’ll Coach Here Will Trust You — Fully Most of
the clients are adults over 40. They’ve tried workouts before.
They’ve been burned, ignored, or pushed too hard. They’re done
guessing. They come to us because they want someone who can think,
adapt, and lead — not cheer from the sidelines. They listen. They
show up. They value expertise. If being trusted with someone’s
health, confidence, and quality of life feels like a responsibility
you want , you’ll thrive here. This Is Probably Not the Right Place
If… You want loud rooms and nonstop hype. You want flexibility
without responsibility. You want to “do your own thing” without
being challenged. That’s okay. But if you’ve been waiting for a
place where: Coaching is taken seriously Feedback is normal And
excellence is protected We want you on our team! What's in it for
you? Are you looking for a full-time career? Clients provided Be
