Highlights Outpatient-only role dedicated to a senior (65) patient
population Longer, relationship-driven visits with no high-volume

Candidate Requirements MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible
in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics Ability to
obtain or quickly secure an Alabama state medical license Passion
for senior-focused, preventive, relationship-based care Strong
communicator who thrives in a collaborative team structure
Comfortable managing an exclusively 65 patient panel New graduates
