A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available in New Orleans, Louisiana, serving a dynamic PreK-8th grade caseload in a vibrant school setting. This onsite travel position offers the chance to deliver essential therapeutic support to students across a wide developmental range, focusing on fostering independence and improving functional skills within an educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to students from PreK through 8th grade, addressing diverse needs within a high caseload. Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Conduct assessments, document progress, and adjust interventions to support student growth and participation. Integrate therapy goals into classroom activities and support inclusive education practices. Maintain compliance with licensure requirements and school policies. Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy licensure. Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school-based settings. Strong caseload management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
