Job Description Singing River Health System Behavioral Health Services is looking for a committed Psychiatrist to become part of our well-established practice situated along the picturesque Gulf Coast of Mississippi . Our current team includes two physicians, two mid-level providers, and several Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), all dedicated to providing exceptional mental health care. Position Overview: Conditions & Treatments Behavioral Health Services addresses a range of issues, including but not limited to: - Depression - Suicidal Ideation - Anxiety Disorders - Mood Instability - Behavioral Issues - Pediatric Mental Health - Substance Use Disorders - Addiction - Mental Trauma - Emotional Trauma - Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders - Schizophrenia - Bipolar Disorder - Complex Psychiatric Conditions - Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease - Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) The treatment approaches for various mental health conditions differ based on diagnosis and severity. Our areas of expertise include: Psychiatric Assessments Medical Assessments Behavior Modification Techniques Parent Management Strategies Substance Abuse Education Individual and Family Counseling Medication Management Group Psychotherapy EMDR Trauma Therapy - Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) Setting: Outpatient Practice Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday Call Rotation: One-in-four weekday evening and one-in-five weekend call Patient Population: Well-established and diverse Requirements: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry Compensation & Benefits Competitive Incentive Package: A guaranteed base salary complemented by performance and production bonuses, potentially exceeding $300,000. Relocation assistance or a sign-on bonus available. Student loan assistance to help with educational costs. Annual allowance for Continuing Medical Education (CME).
