Monitor patient vital signs and operate medical equipment pertinent to the telemetry unit. Assess patients' health conditions and needs, developing effective nursing care plans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for any side effects. Maintain patient records with accuracy and compliance with health laws. Proficient in the use of medical telemetry equipment. Strong analytical skills to assess conditions and implement appropriate interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and medical staff. Time management skills to efficiently handle the workload in a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. BLS Certification required. ACLS Certification preferred.
