Active State Physical Therapy License in Mississippi is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated ability to evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans for adults with mobility and functional deficits. Documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred.
