Clean Harbors, a leader in environmental and industrial services, is seeking a Roll Off Driver Class A to join our team. This role is pivotal in assisting with our mission to manage and reduce waste material in a safe and compliant manner. As a Roll Off Driver, you will be responsible for the transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste from generator sites to our various facilities, ensuring the safe delivery and adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, enhancing our commitment to sustainability and safety. Operate Roll Off trucks to haul and handle hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to waste transport and disposal. Perform daily inspections on vehicles and equipment for operational safety. Coordinate with dispatch for optimized routes and timely schedule adherence. Maintain logs of travel and cargo according to federal and state regulations. Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training sessions. Promptly report any incidents or accidents to the management. Profound knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards. Ability to operate a roll-off truck and necessary equipment. Strong navigation and route management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
