The MSA works closely with vendors and Systems Analysts to ensure problem resolution, and/or successful software or hardware implementation.Provides superior member service while managing relationships with end users and vendors to ensure deliverables exceed expectations.Responsible for general administrative functions such as Vendor Due Diligence documentation, maintaining vendor records, and processing invoices.Maintains vendor management system.Develops end-user training plans and trains staff on all systems and vendors utilized by the Mortgage Department.Responsible for compliance with all Federal regulations including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)Utilizes The Member Advantage AIDINC system to identify potential member (internal or external) service needs which can be met through the sale of credit union products and services, or adherence to the department's policy and procedures.Other Duties and Responsibilities:Provides back up for team members where needed.Other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE & SKILLSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Four years of experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree.Experience and Other Requirements:3 to 5 years or more years of experience in supporting business environments within a financial institution environment.2 years mortgage experience preferred.Able to execute multiple projects within required timelines and expectations.Working knowledge and understanding of financial/mortgage institution operation and business processes including technology solutions used in institution operations.Excellent communication/influence skills required, including reports; presentations; ability to develop professional relationships.Experience with systems analysis tools, data extraction, database queries and updates, and report writing tools.Basic knowledge of various technologies and practices to include Microsoft Windows and Office, PC's, Cloud Computing Theory and Function, Network File Sharing, and basic LAN/WAN concepts.Thorough familiarity with problem analysis and excellent level of problem solving capabilities to establish adequate solutions to operating problems.Must be highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently, are able to redirect priorities based upon current workload (Ability to react to current situations).Proven ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization and develop positive working relationships.Demonstrated conceptual thinking and analytical skills.Must be able to perform all functions independently with minimal supervision in a reasonable amount of time.Stays current with emerging technology trends.Must be flexible to work after-hours and on-call.Maintains accurate and thorough documentation of mortgage systems, applications, processes, and basic trouble-shooting perspectives requiring extreme confidentiality.Interpersonal SkillsA significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.
