overwhelming healthcare system.ObjectiveProvides support to one of
the three following teams: Essential Skills and Operations,
Clinical Quality/Education and Health Services providing high-level
communication with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
Evaluates incoming training build requests, designs and develops
training courses and curriculum and provides guidance related to
available platforms that can be used (LMS/WebEx etc.) for all
orientation and continuing education curriculum.Provides
exceptional customer service to internal customers at all levels of
the organization and helps brand the Landmark experience as a
positive, values-based, family culture.You'll enjoy the flexibility

tough challenges. -Primary Responsibilities:
- Crafts compelling learning content, experiences, and materials
utilizing a range of tools
- Digitizes and transform existing learning content into highly
engaging blended learning and playbooks
- Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts to develop course
curriculum, produce video content, build courses, and
support/partner on course updates by providing insight and feedback
on best instructional practices
- Blend existing and new learning content into pathways and
curriculums -
- Act as a thought partner to help Subject Matter Experts bring
their content and expertise to life
- Provides recommendations, support and training to key
stakeholders seeking to build training
- Manages multiple projects including timelines to develop
content, audio and video recording, testing and troubleshooting
course launch in LMS
- Identifies methods to hold employees and leadership accountable
for following new hire onboarding framework
- Implements methods for collecting data and assessing training
outcomes for value. Able to culminate this data into SMARTSHEET
dashboards
- Able to effectively facilitate prepared training content to
meet new hire needs for onboarding and orientation
- Partner with team to identify and develop training content
- Create and administer employee surveys; monitor survey results,
summarize findings and trends, report any notable findings
requiring attention or action needed
- Proactively builds data rich dashboards within Cornerstone
(LMS) to identify compliance issues with training
- Partners with other content developer(s) and LMS
Administrator(s), to create compelling training content using
various software programs compatible with Cornerstone
- Supports team for academy and various off-site events or
Academy related training as needed. Participates in team retreats
as scheduled. This role is virtual continuous at this time but may
require 25% travel in the futureCompetency:

- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this

- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with eLearning software (Articulate and/or
Captivate)
- Experience coordinating training for new hires
- Learning Management Systems experience

or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents
is $54,400 to $97,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada
residents is $60,000 to $106,700. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to education, work experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group
