Proud Moments ABA is currently seeking dedicated, driven, and passionate individuals to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Registered Behavior Technicians provide clinic, in-home, and community based ABA services for children and young adults on the autism spectrum. RBTs implement 1:1 evidenced based, behavioral intervention programs to persons of all ages with autism and related disorders. As an RBT, you will have the rewarding experience of helping children and young adults reach their full potential. The treatment programs being implemented are intricately designed and individually tailored to meet each client's needs by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Extensive initial and ongoing training is provided throughout your career. Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA in clients' homes, schools and treatment centers
• Provide one on one in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors and other applicable parties
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA Qualifications
  • A Level II background check will be required for this position
  • Access to reliable transportation, local travel required
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to work flexible, full and part-time schedules
  • Experience working with children with ASD, preferred
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills required WHAT WE OFFER:
