• 3 years or experience of previous Plant Management experience for Manufacturing of Steel Roofing, Metal Coils, and/or materials
• Experience with stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and other specialty metals
• Demonstrated ability to effectively plan and allocate resources
• Strong written and oral communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Proven track record of developing, implementing, and utilizing processes, procedures, and standardization of work
• Thorough knowledge of effective and efficient production and lean manufacturing methods
• Thorough knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures
