Founded in 1963 by Charles B. Holder, Hol-Mac Corporation has grown from two employees in one facility to five modern facilities with over 800 highly skilled employees. Hol-Mac Corporation serves Original Equipment Manufacturers as a major supplier of steel fabrications, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic fuel tanks, mobile vacuum loading equipment and trailer mounted forklifts. Its capabilities include product design, prototype development and testing, custom tooling, laser cutting, robotic welding, skived and roller burnishing, painting, sub/final assembly, and contract manufacturing. In addition to supplying Original Equipment Manufacturers, Hol-Mac manufactures several proprietary products including Pac-Mac Refuse & Recycling Equipment and Vacuum Products, Hammerhead Off-Road Armor and Donkey Forklifts Responsibilities Will learn and use our AS400 manufacturing system within 3 month Will learn how to “check-in” a truck Will become familiar with body builder support documentation to ensure chassis are being modified using the manufacturer’s recommended practices Will become proficient in DOT laws as they pertain to truck operations Will learn to program truck ECU/TCU Education Associates Degree preferred Desired Qualifications Experience in computer usuage General knowledge of automotive/ chassis Skills (all skills important to have) Resourceful problem solver Must be self-starter and motivated to bring projects to successful completion on time Must be a team player, willing to pitch in and help other team members when needed Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and ability to actively listen Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Positive professional attitude and work ethic Benefits This is a full-time, exempt position.
