Sales Consultant, you will sell New and Pre-Owned vehicles and
products while achieving unit volume quotas, gross profit goals,

- Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales
appointments
- Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries
using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
- Provide customers with initial product information
- Apply ethical selling techniques; complying with all company,
DMV, State and Federal requirements
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs
- Follow up with leads old and new
- Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping
positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership
management
- Utilize CRM tracking system dailyQualifications
- Great Team Player attitude with a high-energy personality
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in's &
out's
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer skills
- Excellent knowledge of the web and good data entry skills
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance and work
attire.
- Clean driving record/ valid drivers license.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug
screen
- Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving on sales
