Responsibilities:

--- Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
--- Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
--- Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory
--- Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM
--- Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met
--- Meeting with homeowners who've reached out to us about selling
--- Uncovering their motivation and presenting win-win offers
--- Following up with leads consistently (this is key!)
--- Running basic property evaluations using our tools and training
--- Working in our CRM and communicating with our team dail

Qualifications:

--- You must have driver's license and reliable vehicle
--- Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years
--- Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
--- Experience using a CRM is preferred
--- We prefer if you have a bachelor's degree or high school school diploma
