Job Description Job Description Position: Maintenance Technician
Schedule: 4x10, Monday-Thursday This position is located at the
Bayou La Batre, AL facility. Join the Birdon team and help ensure
USCG boats are safe and reliable! Key Responsibilities Perform
routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging.
Maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers. Remove debris and trash from
walkways and outdoor areas. Operate andmaintainlandscaping
equipment and tools safely. Drive company vehicles for off-site
tasks as needed. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors incommon areasand
offices. Clean, sanitize and restock restrooms. Clean and sanitize
break rooms and high-touch surfaces. Empty trash bins throughout
the facility. Assistwith event setup and cleanup, and other duties
as needed. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request
replenishment as needed. Qualifications and experience Valid
driver’s license. Ability tolift upto 50 lbs and work
indoors/outdoors in various conditions Ability to stand and/or walk
forlong periods. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work
independently. Knowledge of facilities maintenance and basic
cleaning techniques. Ability tooperatelandscaping and cleaning
