Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do

provide specialized support within school settings. This role
involves traveling to multiple schools, offering the chance to
impact a diverse student population while experiencing different
educational environments. Responsibilities include assessing,
diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication
disorders in students. The SLP will collaborate closely with
educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and
implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving
students' communication skills and academic success. Maintaining
thorough documentation and progress reports is essential to track
outcomes and comply with regulatory standards. Key qualifications
and experience: Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language
Pathologist Experience working with school-aged children in
educational settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills
to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Ability to
travel frequently to assigned schools and adapt to varying
environments Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques and
assessment tools specific to pediatric populations Location and
travel requirements: Position based in Fairhope, AL, with regular
